Was hired and paid $2000 to do general plumbing repairs, including a broken pipe in the basement and bathroom lead pipe replacements for my home on Venango street in 2019, since that time, the property was inhabited due to the COVID pandemic. A recent inspection was recently completed and found defective plumbing work in both areas. Inspector recommended hiring "qualified" plumber to complete work properly. Mr. Resnick was notified and given the opportunity to make necessary repairs and he simply ignored my request.
