    Critical: Professionalism, Quality
    Dont use this company! No show, damage to property, uncomunicative and didnt finish job. We rent and honestly its not out house....that being said if this was my house I would be pissed. I saw the painters come up they didnt ring door bell or go over what they were doing for the day with us at all. I asked them what they were planning and if they needed anything from us and they didnt say anything. Rude from the start. They were suppose to repair two windows due to water damage, paint all windows and pillars. They spent all day on the job and didnt even finish painting. They took 3x2 inch chunks out of the siding of the house bent the metal rail above the two windows that were to be rapaired. Left caulking unpainted and unsanded around trim so you can clearly see it had been repaired. Didnt match the trim to the rest of the house. Didnt clean up where they painted the house a different color....house is grey trim is white....i could see a little mistake as ooops but there were 3 -4 inch stripes everywhere. They didnt even clean the surfaces before painting meaning the paint will be peeling in a few months. They were scheduled to come back and go over the bid today....no show. As I said I am a renter so shouldn't matter to me....but if this was my house I would want someone to say something. And I cant let these people get away with this horrible service. Just because it is a rental doesn't mean you cut corners. Have some integrity! Never use this company!

    We had a bad experience with M Style. When we did the final walkthrough, the job was not complete to a professional standard. Additionally, there was paint on parts of our carpet and wood floor, visible cracks in the ceiling, and gouges in the sheetrock that were not repaired. When we asked about the problem areas, we were first told that there were no problems and the result was much better than before. After a bit of back and forth, we were told that if we wanted it complete, we'd need to pay more because we were underquoted. Not only do we not set the price as the customer, we expected that the bid would deliver a beautifully completed project. We will not recommend M Style to anyone in the future - and we will be fixing up the problems ourselves.
