Roofing repair, Windows replacement, plumbing, and electrical
    $32,000

This contractor shouldn't be allowed to build a dog house. They got the contract to do work on our house from the City of Buffalo on a 50/50 loan. They started the work in April of 2020 and this job shouldn't have taken any longer than 5 weeks. Everything they did was a mess the plumber that they hired didn't have a permit to start the work and to top it off he knocked a hole in my basement wall left the hole in my driveway for 6 weeks and left my front yard covered with concrete and clay for 6 weeks. His electrician put in new light fixtures in my kitchen and one bedroom and out in junction boxes in to cover up the old wiring that didn't need to be replaced and didn't know how to correct his mistake. He covered up rotten wood that needed to be replaced, installed gutters by just nailing the to the house water was running behind the gutters. I finally got the City of Buffalo and Belmont Housing to get rid of them because one of their employees tried to force my wife to sign a release for payment of a complete job. The final punch list was given to M and V in late August since my wife wouldn't sign it they filed a Mechanic Lien on our house for over $17,000. Denver they started the work in April and it was August when they quit without finishing the work. I must have called them back to correct their work at least15 or 20 times and they still couldn't get it right. Water was running under the shingles and coming into our living room because they covered up rotten wood and nailed down the shingles where ever they could. What they didn't know was I had work as a Home Inspector and certified EPA Led Base Being Inspector and Risk Assessor, Belmont Housing backed me up all the way on all of my complaints.
