    They don't clean up after themselves or do the job they tell you they are going to do when you hire them. You're basically paying for someone to mow your lawn and nothing more.

    Unfortunately, I have experienced that this landscaping company does a poor job with the landscaping aspect of their business. They service at least 5 properties/homes in the area and consistently fail to clean up any of the organic waste they have created. All grass clipings, leaves, branches, etc....get thrown out onto the street. The curb appeal of the properties they service always looks worse after they have finished servicing them.

    I mentioned it to the owner and one of his supervisors several times and nothing changed.

    I would not recommend John. P Valencias services, as they are not sharp at their craft and lack service skills.
