Recently had a home built and M & W Electric is who the contractor hired to do the work. I did a walk through for where I wanted outlets, etc. House plans were on-site at all times, but they didn't look at the plans that clearly had fans in each bedroom. They had to move lights to make room for fans (causing holes to be re-patched/re-painted). Cut holes under cabinets, which caused delays, and having to re-patch/re-paint again. Having to have other contractors come back in to re-patch & re-paint cost me extra money along with delay in moving in - causing additional cost for moving, storing & having to rent the house I had sold! If you use them - you need to stay on top of them & make sure they can read blueprints!
