Mike is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were experimenting difficulty with our AC. I suspected that it needed to possibly be recharged. Within seconds of listening and inspecting the unit, Mike said he was going to check the charge on our AC. He ran back to his truck and grabbed the needed equipment. He also checked up in our attic to ensure there were no leaks. He wore all the appropriate PPE, so I felt very safe during these tumultuous COVID times.
