Mike and his crew have done multiple projects in my home and my rental over the last few years. I call him for everything. I trust him to get the work done, and respect his judgement. He is a perfectionist, which is just what all home owners need!

He has done all sorts of jobs for us....ranging from small to large jobs. To name a few, he has installed tile floors and updated the fixtures in the rental, then gutted and remoduled our three bathrooms in the house, and did dry rot repairs. He is very reasonably priced, and willing to accomodate any changes.

I would recommend M Boyd Construction for all your repair and remodeling needs.

M. Boyd construction helped with two projects in our home. Both projects were done on time in a very professional manner. We used him to remodel our bathroom and replace our water heater. No job is to big or small for this construction company. I highly recommend this company.

M. Boyd performed an extensive remodel of our home, including taking both bathrooms and the den back to the studs and completely refinishing them. We were pleased with the final product.

We have worked with M Boyd Construction for plan review, design and drafting; working together on very detailed Construction projects. They offer their clients both management and design to provide an over-all well managed project. M Boyd Construction put new windows in my home. He was extremly reliable and priced really fair. Mike went above and beyond my expectations and even did some extra work for me with no work orders. I have had nothing but the best experience with this company. They provided excellent service and completed my kitchen remodel within the expected time frame. M. Boyd Construction cleaned up after each day of work and was very professional. My husband and I will contuine to use M. Boyd Construction for all our future repairs and remodels.

Michael Boyd, the owner of M. Boyd Construction, was a difficult person to work with in the process of remodeling our home. We were completely dissatisfied with his customer service for the following reasons:
1.He would promise to complete job or follow up on a question or issue and then procrastinate or never follow through (for example – he left a sink that we asked to be thrown away after demolition that was never thrown away – we had to do it ourselves. When the sink was removed it left a leak which we asked him to fix, but he never fixed it. We had to call out a plumber and are planning to now pay to get this fixed)
2.We lent him our keys to do work on the home while we were gone. He claims he has “lost” the keys. We filed complaint about this issue in which he did not respond to the BBB.
3.We asked that the door be installed opening on the left side – it was installed the opposite way. Overall he did not follow directions.
4.The work was sloppy. After installing lights the worker did not patch the ceiling. We had to call and have the worker come back to patch the ceiling
Overall M. Boyd sub-contracted the work. The workers overall did a good job, but I wish I had contacted them directly rather than hire someone like Michael Boyd to sub-contract them to do work on our home.
