Mario and his team are hard working and honest. They completed a roof replacement for my house in Fort Lee during March 2024 with detailed works at very reasonable price. I highly recommend Mario and his company M1 General Contractor for any roofing projects.

Mario came to my house for an estimate for my roof replacement and exterior wall painting jobs. He gave me an estimate for my roof replacement verbally at the spot. He told me that he would send a written estimate for both jobs to me the next day. A few weeks had passed by, I didn't receive an estimate from him. I called him again and asked for his written estimate. He promised me that he would send it to me that evening. Again he didn't do that. Then I called and texted him asking him to let me know whether he was not interested in doing the jobs or not. He didn't reply. This guy doesn't deliver what he promises the potential customers. It is a red flag to me. Warning: Don't hire Mario and his company for any job. He is an unprofessional and irresponsible person. He probably will screw you up after you sign the contract.

I hired Mario to repair a roof which he did. Then he suggested replacing a gutter, which was done. However, when I called him to check for water leaks through the roof, he said he would come check it out, but he never did despite my calls and texts.
