We purchased our home in Franklin Hills a year and a half ago. The warranty work was horrible. Many times they did not show for scheduled repairs. We finally had to result to finding contractors ourselves. Each of them were surprised by the lack of craftsmanship and the number of issues there are. We repeatedly have to repair stucco, redo tile work, and repair roof leaks. Recently the tile in our upstairs bathroom just began bowing out and separating from the wall. We had guest use that shower for a couple of weeks since moving in. It had been unused the rest of the time. Now its going to cost big bucks to fix. Poor customer service and a lack of caring about the quality of their work. We do not recommend.
