It took nearly 2!years to build my home. Other modular homes take 6 months. He delays work until you pay monies ahead of the contracted schedule. He has left about 10,000 in services undone and stopped work after I paid ahead of schedule. Other people told me he was slow. I nearly lost my mortgage after the building loan ran out. The work done was Ok. An employee damaged a neighbors car and then denied until witnesses came forward and they had to pay the repair bill. A neighbor has driveway damage from their work that is still not fixed 2 years later
