I didn’t know Chris Marci Sr., but Chris Marci Jr should not be working in home building. Marci Jr. home was already built when we bought. At first thought everything was good. But when started to decorate and paint is when it went down hill. So many defects in drywall, you’d think a five year old hung and finished it. Not one wall is square, doors warped, tiny cracks in wall tile in bathrooms, framing around windows so out of square it’s a joke. Plus, Chris jr. will ignore calls or messages when he knows you have a problem. Of course he ignored everything until warranty was up, but I wouldn’t have trusted him to have come in with his workers to correct anything because of the poor workmanship. But he would say it’s all the subcontractors fault. He was the builder so it all falls on him.
