Permits

Mac's HVAC provides poor installation services and does not stand by their warranty. I ordered a high-efficiency furnace from this company which included a 10 year warranty on the furnace and a 1 year warranty on parts and labor for the additional components. Less than 6 months later the unit failed to work because of an improper installation ("2 1/2" pipe was used instead of the 3" pipe that the manual clearly states is needed). Mac's was unavailable to fix this and refused to reimburse me when I contacted a different servicer to fix the issue. Avoid doing business with this company. Their work is of poor quality and they do not honor their warranty.
