We built a forty by twelve foot pool eight years ago.Since then it has been a joy for our family. The design and construction were excellent. The project came on time and budget. Follow up service has been prompt.
and effective.

So many problems
Spa pours to a trough and then water overflows over edge of trough pouting into drain - waste. The design is poor so that the rate of flow from trough to pool that circulates back to spa has consistently had problems. they did not make it large enough or needed two pipes for this. Then without a cover debris gets in and cause clogs and build up. Adding a drain cover helped with that but slowed down rate of flow. All our attempts to get them out again - they were no shows save once when they sent someone else who just took photos. No follow up. NO returned calls. Two years now. still no follow up. Been managing it as best we can. Antoher contractor said he should at least come over or send the plumber on his team who did the piping out to help us find a solution, even if now we must implement with someone else. Their delays ran out the warranty period.
Also spa leaks (and had to put in an expansion joint as they never did on spa) Stone around edge of pool not well done to hide rails. Sticky valves cause water to pour in under home from valve that doesn't always fully close. We replaced valves but still infrquent issue and consults with pool contractors say bad design.
If he ever comes to solve this I will update this review.
