    Decks and Porches project

    The roof repair/replacement was fast, and new membrane installed in two days. The new deck was finished with treated wood and is professionally constructed. It conforms to the original design and is pleasant to walk on.
    The work crews were knowledgeable and gave impression they have worked together for a long period.
    The supervisor and workers asked for our input at several stages in construction and were responsive to any requests.

    Kitchen Remodel project

    MAACO stood out from other contractors I interviewed from the first meeting. Every subsequent visit confirmed that first impression. They completed my project quickly, under budget, with excellent communication and were very respectful of my home in the process. Most importantly, they had skill and experience in planning ducting for code required make up air that other contractors lacked. I am planning to hire them for other projects in the future.

    Kitchen Remodel project

    It was obvious at my first meeting with Mike that he was knowledgeable about the complicated make up air ducting that I needed for my new kitchen ventilation system. MACCO was quick to do my site visit and followed up with a reasonably priced contract. They were interested in doing the job correctly. Communication was excellent throughout my process and the did a great job. The foreman and his helper were pleasant and took care not to damage my home. They finished my project much more quickly than competing bidders. I won't hesitate to call them again.
