Lots of problems with this guy, Never gave a contract or prices in writing. Never finished the job. Never new exactly when he was coming or how long he would stay. He would go for lunch for hours. When asked his answer it was personal. When asked again why so long for a lunch break told us he was on another job. He's definitely not a normal contractor. I would be very careful hiring him. Get a quote in writing before you give him anything and I would highly recommend giving him a check at all times. NO CASH a good contractor does not usually except cash.
