I don't know where to start - shoddy workmanship, no communication, failure to show up, billed us out of $2,500 when we paid for a shower door and he failed to pay the glass company for it. We had to pay for it directly and Rich Machol kept our money. His workers don't know what they're doing and he fails to monitor them. From a leaky toilet and a shower floor not properly banked to a heated floor that barely works, to chipped tile and horrible grout lines - everything they did had to be redone. $18,000 down the drain.
