  AC repair

  Hired via home warranty, eventually came before scheduled appointment and stated he fixed the problem with our AC. He did not, scheduled multiple appointments and stated he had to speak to home warranty (which after speaking with them he never reached out) made multiple appointments he never showed for. 2 months later the problem is not fixed and had to have home warranty reassign. Owner texted he was going to have his lawyer reach out because I left a negative review. Very unprofessional, lied multiple times with excuse after excuse. 1 star is a compliment!

  This contractor was hired through my HSA warranty for our furnace blower motor not working. He was difficult to schedule with from the beginning, but after he came the first time it became more and more difficult. He just came up with excuse after excuse why he couldn't make it for a period of over a month since making the call. We have a new born baby with no AC since August. He is completely unprofessional. I tried to be accommodating but week after week of broken promises I had to have the warranty company to have someone else complete the job and start the process all over because he is essentially useless. It doesn't seem that he has any desire to work.
