Well overall the pool looks nice, but little to no instructions given on how to run this pool or warranty information. When they were digging our pool there was a huge rock about at least 10 feet down - my dad told them they were not packing it well enough and that if it was not properly packed from the area the rock was up tight that when our concrete guys came it would likely crack and so here we are a pool less than one year old with cracking concrete and our worries is it’s gonna crack more. We were told by mackie brothers it was our concrete guys but that’s not the case they were not here when the rock was pulled up and that area packed. The owners never come to over see constructions just to collect payment and rely on their Hispanic workers to finish the job. Very very disappointing that our concrete is cracked. It could have been very nice but now it’s very frustrating and a ton of money for poor work. Pool liberty NC
