  Fix the Air Conditioner, thru old republic home warranty

  Came to my house to diagnosis A/C claims he found the problem and replaced a controll board on the heater that allowed it at least blow a little air. However, this did not fix my problem so I called again and he said he would order a new line set and install it. But that was nearly a month ago. I have called severall times and left VM but ZERO call backs and no line replacement so AC is not working. I have called repeatedly to 951-365-0259 but NO one has called me back. This is unprofessional and I would NOT use this company and Old Republic the warranty company who uses them is useless as well as you can never speak to anyone and they do not return calls either. I guess I will have to call someone else. Don't use this company and Old republic they just take your money but don't offer any professional service. Bill at least you can have someone in your office call people back.

  A/C

  My A/C went out on Friday afternoon. I called my home protection company to request a service call. I knew I was going to have to wait till Monday for a follow up call. Sure enough, Mack's Heating and Air called early Monday morning. The young lady told me they were not able to come out till Wednesday afternoon. I was bummed out, but I could understand why. We were in the middle of a heat wave. Okay, I waited it out. Wednesday finally arrived, "Bill" showed up with an assistant, both in black tee shirts sporting the company logo. I explained the problem and they went straight to work. Bill has his stuff together, diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than 45 minutes. Nice guy, very professional. Left a business card along with a detailed invoice. Mack's is highly recommended.

  Fix Air Conditioning

  $75

  My AC went out on Sunday June 9th. I submitted a service request online with my home warranty company. They connected me with Mack's. Mack's Heating and Air called me first thing Monday morning (June 10th) and scheduled my service call for Tues (June 11) between 4 & 8 pm. Great! The woman on the phone was very kind and professional. I didn't expect Bill (owner) to arrive right right at 4 pm, but he did! He was friendly, professional, asked what the problem was and got right to work. Triple digits on a roof is no fun. He found one problem, and then another, and had cool air blowing in my house in less than an hour. He was more than happy to answer my many questions and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs heating and air service.

  In regards to the older reviews offering this company only one star:
  If you do not even have an interaction with the company you should not leave a review because you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. It is possible that you had the wrong number, or perhaps they were not operating at that particular time for any number of reasons. All I'm saying is you don't have enough information to leave a helpful review.
  I don't know what else to say about the review left by Nancy in 2015 except that it has been a long time since then and those statements no longer hold true (if they were true in the first place). He wore a Mack's HVAC shirt and provided me with business cards.

  I did not Hire them Old Republic Home protection did

  $0

  I have an insurance policy through Old Republic Home Protection plan I called them about my Air Conditioner and they gave me Mack's Heating and Air conditioning. I call Mack's the very next day and got their answering machine and no one answered my call. I called the next day and again got their answering machine again no one returned my call.

  Came to my house to diagnosis A/C claims he found the problem and would call me. Didn’t give me a business card or leave a diagnostic report. No company description on clothing to distinguish company name. It’s been a month since the service call. I called and left several messages and company never returned my calls.
