They also employ upcharge tactics. Be careful along the way. Do not settle with bad drawings. Make sure all details you are expecting are on the drawings. If anything cannot be interpreted clearly, do not settle ensure they settle your concerns because as soon as you ask for clarification during the build they clarify in a way that will end up with you spending money to get it right.
