    Remodel after Fire damage

    I can’t thank Madison Ave Construction enough for the way they handled my fire claim at my pizzeria. Going through a fire was one of the hardest experiences I’ve ever faced, but their team stepped in right away and took care of everything from start to finish. They dealt directly with the insurance company, explained every step clearly, and made sure nothing was overlooked. The work they did restoring my business was top-notch—professional, fast, and with incredible attention to detail. What really stood out was how much they cared about getting me back up and running as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Madison Ave Construction to anyone who needs a reliable and honest company to handle fire, smoke, or water damage. They truly go above and beyond!

    Rebuild my den

    My experience with Madison Avenue was a horrific one. They came to my home when i had a flood. They had me sign some insurance paperwork which honestly was in 3 inches of water and just wanted it cleaned. Apparently what i signed was an agreement to have them rebuild it regardless of what price or cost the project was at. When I wanted to get an estimate on the actual rebuild the company ghosted me for weeks. I was so disgusted i hired another contractor. The company came back and sued me for 18k dollar claiming that I agreed to terms on the rebuild, for a price that was never determined. Why would i agree to a rebuild based on a price that was never provided to me. Now they have attempted to garnish wages. I would give zero stars if i could.

    Bill came to our house regarding mitigating some water damage. First, he flat out lied that he spoke to our contractor who said he has to come in ASAP (our contractor deemed this was a non-emergent issue). Once arriving to our house, he was pompous and didn’t explain things well. He told me that he needed me to initial some paperwork which gives him permission to speak to our insurance company. Passed me the paperwork, and it was a full blown contract. He tried to trick me into signing a contract on the spot with no talk about cost, process, or start date. Once I told him I wasn’t ready to sign anything he got visibly frustrated. I would never use a company that lied to get in my door and tried to trick me into signing with them.

    Refused to hire them

    My house burned down. Mike Myers from this company came to us unsolicited while we were finishing up with a LEGITIMATE contractor. I was pressed for time and wanted to just take his card and leave to research him later. We were trying to leave, but he persisted, insulted my wife to my face, and proceeded to try to talk over me while I told him we urgently had to go. He continued his rude language and behavior as we drove away. Needless to say, we will not be using his services.
