I requested Maeda's Plumbing through the American Home Shield (AHS) Warranty for a leak in lieu of their other preferred plumber! I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge, attitude and demeanor of Ricardo who came over the next day after placing the work order. He was appropriate, diagnosed the problem and did not rush the work. He discussed various options for fixing the problem and demonstrated his years of experience in the trade. After completing the work, he cleaned up the place, always used shoe cover and was thoroughly a professional. I highly recommend him if you go through AHS. I'm glad I specifically asked for some other plumbing company than the one AHS uses by default in San Diego area.
