    Replace my roof
    $12,000

    Bunch of thieves. They sure made their company sound good. They offered a 5 year warranty to fix any issues. This was a lie. My roof leaked profusely after 3 rains. They didn’t complete their project. Left a horrible mess. All for $12,000+. I called and complained about the leaking roof which ultimately shorted out half of my house. They wanted $7000 more to honour their no leak guarantee. I’m a single woman and I have learned that people really take advantage of women in this part of the country, and rob them blind. And this place is no different. They didn’t even have a building permit, which I wasn’t aware of until later. Do NOT do business with them. I doubt they can even put a decent roof on a dog house!!

    NEVER---roof leak has been going on for at least 6 weeks. After several "repairs" by Maez Construction. the roof leaks continue to get worse. After calling many times, I've been told a representative would come to look at the leaks. I cannot tell you how many times that representative has not shown up. I have a warranty stating that this house (I am a new owner) was reroofed in August of 2019. Maez contends that the room that leaks was not included in the reroofing. That's probably true, and I would ask for proof of this if I could ever get a response from them. The only help I get is from the woman who answers the phone. She schedules a date and time with this "representative".
    I wait. He seldom shows up. I'm losing this battle.
