It’s a very bad contractor. We hired him as a general contractor, but while his team worked in my house, he seldom showed up. Postponed the projects by many months, and with tons of problems. And for some major electrical issues, we called him many times, but he didn’t answer our call at all. We have so many experiences to work with different workers, but this is our worst experience. Hiring him is our biggest mistake.

Petar did an excellent job.
Our backyard looks amazing.
The pergola and screen room took them 2 days to finish as promised.
Pavers were a bit of a delay due to the shortages but this company managed to finish the project one month ahead of the estimated date of completion.
The owner of the company is very knowledgeable person and the fact that he is Certified GC there were no questions that couldn't be answered before we awarded him with the contract.
Highly recommending!
