My experience was over two years ago but I am reminded almost daily of the poor workmanship of my cabinets. The small cabinets above fridge and stove have the wrong hinges so they don't stay open when you are trying to place something in them. You have to hold it open to do so. There are gaps, holes on baseboard that were noticed when we were doing repairs on stove. Mind you you have to be on floor to see them but they are roughly 3-4 inch gaps where there is no wood! Also the seams in kitchen bar that show. Among other details that were just poor craftsmanship. When Paul came to fix some of the issues it was difficult to get him here. We were low priority. One time he left a mess of sawdust, wood, used sanding belt and trash in our driveway my husband cleaned up. Contact and communication was another issue with Paul. It was so frustrating that my husband and I eventually gave up on having him fix anymore of the problems.
