I would highly recommend Magnolia Development. Honest, up-front, easy to work with to get your contracting needs completed, on-time and as agreed to per the proposal from the initial contact to finish. The owner is on-site throughout the project to answer questions and has a genuine customer-care attitude. Great follow up once the project was complete to insure I was happy with work performed. If you're looking for a contractor that listens, is customer focused and quality of work is superb, Magnolia Development is the one. Would consider them first, if the need arises for further renovation projects.
