Zac and his team are extremely experienced! Zac especially took the time to work with me as a retired woman looking for a contractor I was anxious and had taken several bids for my addition. He worked with me to make sure that I was getting the most benefits from my investment. He was up front honest and transparent. I am grateful to have hired him for my project and really enjoyed working with him. I recommend Magnolia Home Builder to ANYONE that wants a fair deal and an honest contractor!

- Building permit records show that Magnolia Home Builder PLLC has worked on 15 permitted projects.
We were referred to Magnolia Home Biilder by our project manager. He was in the process of building 3 houses at the time with Magnolia Home Builder. We hired Magnolia Home Builder in April of 20322 to build our home. They misrepresented their abilities and did not follow through on the timelines, budget or what they told us they would do. They took money for services and materials that they never provided. We never received any actual receipts or lien waiver from their subcontractors and later found out that they weren’t paying subs or suppliers on our build. They lied about their insurance and were using unlicensed subs without contracts and insurances. In the end they didn’t finish our house, kept money for services and materials that we paid for and didn’t complete their scope. We had to file multiple ROC complaints for quality and contract / scope of work not completed issues. I don’t recommend this “builder” as the are unprofessional, financially irresponsible, and just incompetent. They will take your money but won’t do what they said. If I could give them a negative 100 star rating I would.
