Just wanted to thank the Magnum team of installers and management team. They provided me with superior service and really helped me out with my insurance claim for my exterior of my house. It was overwhelming experience for me until these gentlemen intervened and guided us through the process with my insurance company. They performed exterior roof replacement, structural repairs, siding repairs and a fresh repaint of my exterior facade and brickwork. Magnum company representative Russell stopped by our house after we found them online requesting a roof replacement estimate and free consultation. We actually interviewed several local reputable companies but Magnum seemed to be very knowledgable about their products and explained everything in detail without being too pushy or in a hurry for us to sign a contract. They provided my husband and I with our options and presented the price and we were very pleased with their offering. We signed the contract and they did an amazing job in a timely fashion and accommodated our work requests and scheduling availability. The job turned out beautiful and we are happy to find a local licensed contractor to help us in a time of need. They were very organized and professional. The scheduling office personnel were so kind and willing to make us feel like we were important and not just a number. Needed new flooring, cabinets, backsplashes, granite and lighting. All went well with Cliff as the person in charge. They did not rush through the job. They were patient and kind.

Magnum Home Services were absolutely incredible! I am currently selling my house and needed a support beam repaired in the basement. They were very quick to respond to my calls and give us a quote. They were very fairly priced and started the work promptly. When working on this job, they called to point out other issues (that were also brought up in the buyers home inspection) and gave rough estimates on additional work they could do. Instead of having to hire additional contractors, I was extremely pleased that MHS could take care of multiple issues around my house to make getting to settlement a breeze. The basement beam was repaired, an old oil tank removed, sump pump completely replaced and revamped, and my boiler was repaired and serviced. Thank you so much Chuck and the MHS team!

Magnum Home services were wonderful. We had an issue with our roof, they were there that afternoon, and were completely up front that were issues with rotten wood. They went to work as soon as the materials arrived and found major damage. They immediately brought in additional help and needed materials to get a job that should have taken a week and was done in 2 days. They also provided enough pictures to fill an album and the insurance company said the pictures showed everything we need. Claim is being paid. We would highly recommend them if you want a quality

Just wanted to say that my experience with Magnum Home Services was wonderful! These guys assisted me with my water and wind restoration project through my insurance company. My home suffered a tremendous loss and upset me and my family to the point it left tears in our eyes. They redid my entire home from exterior to interior and their team was absolutely amazing. Front office personnel was very accommodating and caring and sympathetic. They performed an excellent beautiful roof job, new siding, new windows, new flooring and painting. They also fixed a water issue in the basement so now we can use it as a family room again. If you want complete satisfaction call these guys. They are family guys and they really know the meaning of customer service.

Home Addition

Magnum Home Services recently did a home addition. The crew was great. They always showed on time and left the job site in clean condition at the end of each work day which is hard to find. The addition came out better than I imagined. It was a 2 story totaling just under 600 sq feet. I would highly recommend using Magnum Home Services as the price and workmanship are outstanding.

We hired Magnum Home Services to repair unexpected water damage to our home and to do a complete re-siding of the house. In the process, we discovered much more significant water damage to the entire exterior of the house. Magnum replaced three exterior walls, twelve windows, four exterior doors, and siding. They also hung and finished drywall inside on the replaced walls, and completed beautiful trim-work on the installed windows and doors. All work was done ahead of schedule, and on budget. I appreciated the care they took with allowing us to stay in the house while the work was being done, and their ability to schedule the work right away, despite the greatly expanded scope and potential supply chain disruptions. I especially appreciated the fact they hired people in recovery to give them a second chance, and I felt safe during the entire project. They did amazing work on our house. Very fair price considering the expedited schedule (in time for Thanksgiving) and beautiful results. Strongly recommend this crew.
