I have a complaint with the fact that my mom paid Jason $500.00 to help him renew his license in Dec 2014 ( at least that was the reason given that he asked her for $500.00) and said it will be a deposit for work that needed to be done. My mom was going through my step dad dying and did cancel at times for him to start, HOWEVER, the past 6-8 months she has attempted to contact him for work to be done or a refund with NO CALLS BACK at all. I will be looking to file a complaint with the BBB as well as a lien for the $500.00 she paid him over a year ago.
