    fill in the gap between my house and patio
    $600

    I had a gap between my patio bricks and called Maher restoration to see if that was normal. Mr. Maher assured me that i had a problem and he would send someone to replace the rotten wood under my siding and that the new wood would fill in the gap. That would cost 600$. But when the man showed up, he said i didnt have a problem and that the gap was from the patio bricks settling. So he said as long as he was there he would trim my board and put caulk on my cinder block. So even though the guy didnt have to fill in the gap or replace the rotten wood, he still billed me 600$. But then Mr.Maher had the audacity to show up at my house at 6:45 am and tell me he would forget all about the bill if I introduced him to my neighbors whose house was on fire because thats what his company REALLY does. So after humiliating myself by introducing him to the neighbors(who were still watching their house burn with their animals in it), he still sent the bill. Then in court he denied ever coming to my house or meeting the neighbor who was right there in court with me. Completely lied under oath! Ask around before you hire him. He doesnt have a good rep for being fair and I didnt know this until after I hired him. I dont leave many reviews but i had to take the time for this one.
