    Considered for Home Renovation

    Came to house several times. Seem pleasant enough, eceive estimate. As time went on. I leaned more about him. He was a bit pushy. Didn't not like working along side a lawyer and independent inspector. So I passed on using him.

    Karen had a previous contractor working on her project. The contractor left the job and it was incomplete and she wanted someone to finish it. There are always 2 sides to every story and I was only able to hear one. That was the reason I wanted to make sure I crossed all my “T’s” and dotted all my “I’s”. Once she stated about working with a lawyer, my radar went up. Asking questions seem to aggravate them and wanted me to do as they requested. Didn’t seem like a well matched job for me.

    We left a neat pile of extra materials that we asked if they wanted to have us remove and gave them a removal cost. They responded that they had a family member that could use it and they didn't want us to remove it.
