We had the bad experience to have called this company on August 9. We had an electrical failure for our home and Pz G E shut off the electricity. Since we leaving on a trip at 9:00 that evening, we had to get service immediately. They advised me that depending on the repair it would be $250 to $550. After 5 hours of not being able to repair it, they said they would come back in the morning. We had to change our tickets at a cost of $250, pay for the hotel because it was too late to cancel, loose our car rental reservation. They returned the next day, still didn't have the correct part spent two hours trying to make it fit. Because it wasn't resolved, they advised us the bill was now $1600, not $550, we had no electricity we decided they were scamming us because it is evident we are senior citizens. They finally connected the two $10,00 pieces, I paid them $552, and they left.
We contacted PGE and to come out and restart his electricity. Meantime our electricity had been off for almost 24 hours, our freezer was beginning to defrost. They refused to come out because they had been told that the panel needed to be replaced. As a result, we had to cancel our business trip $260 cancellation fee, two days car rental fee $65.00, and hotel for one night $198.00. We contacted another electrician who came out, called PGE and reported the SCAM. PGE and did come out and restarted the electricity, no problem with a burned panel, and the job should have been done 1 hour and 1/2. If you use this concern, you do so at your own peril. I am warning you. If you are a senior citizen - run don't walk instead of using this group.
