I would recommend Kevin and Jim any day of the year for any project. They exceeded my hopes and expectations in every department - keeping commitments, promptness, courtesy, professionalism, and especially in the quality of their work. It's an old house and needed several varied upkeep items, and they tackled every one with expertise, from chimney maintenance, to replacing a rotted wood post and soffits, to installing a storm door. I was concerned because when it rained, water had seeped under my door, but by the time they were finished I have no more concerns, because as part of the storm door installation, they actually lowered the top approach step and repaired the threshold, so that gravity will carry the water where it belongs rather than indoors. The chimney was a greater challenge than anticipated, but even with the extra work, they stayed with their original contract estimate, which I had felt was more than reasonable to begin with. When something else comes up for maintenance, I will call them with confidence.
