We had an addition put on our house and our builder selected Maitland Mechanical to do the work. We were very happy with everything they did. The technicians were very polite, considerate, and very thorough . Of course, since our builder contracted with them, I have no knowledge of their pricing. But, I would definitely hire them to perform any services I might need on our HVAC system in the future.
