I hired Majestic to do a 4-6 week condo renovation... It's been 11 months and still have not been able to get past the first inspections. the demo had already been completed before Anthony Padavano began the job and it remains in the same condition almost a year later. He was responding to one question via text message per day, and now i only get a response once every 3-4 days. He has 15K of my money and if 2K of work has been done, it would be a lot. Weeks and months go by with no workers showing up at all...When the unlicensed workers/subcontractors do show up, they do not know what they are doing... any work they did needed to be fixed numerous times.
