To keep the Custom Home Building process simple, our fixed price approach to home building gives every buyer preliminary pricing throughout the design phase and a fixed price prior to the start of construction, with allowances for selections items. This price will be the number at the end unless there are buyer changes during construction. This costing system reduces unpredictability and stress for our client!
