  I would recommend to stay as far away from this builder as you can. Scammers from the get go. Definitely not a custom home builder. No attention to detail. Very limited sub contractors. No hot water for 4 months and did NOTHING about it. I have lots more info. 513-253-8461

  General Contractor/Build Home

  If you are looking for a builder/general contractor who is honest, reliable, and honors their word, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
  I purchased a new build home from this company in April of 2018, with a one year home warranty to cover repairs that come with newly built homes after the house settles.
  A month before the 1 year came, I sent over a list of items to be fixed. Nothing out of the ordinary: nail pops through the drywall, a couple of flooring issues, caulking and painting that forgot to be done, etc. The owner of this company, Ron Kinross, did get back to me and sent over one of his employees to do what work he could-not the complete list that I was told. He said that some of the items needed to be addressed by the original company who worked on those projects (flooring and drywall/painting). I didn’t think anything of the fact that those items had not been done. I was trusting that they would send over the applicable people when they could get scheduled. I WAS WRONG.
  I gave them the benefit of the doubt, due to COVID, thinking that they needed time or were short staffed. It was more of the same, the owner dodging my phone calls and answering emails to the effect of, I was under the impression that these items were done. I would then send him all the correspondence as a reminder, to have him go silent yet again.
  Here we are later, April of 2021, two years after these items should have been done. They are still not done. He will not answer my phone calls or my emails at this point.
  I’m under the impression that my home/warranty doesn’t really matter to him, as he is building bigger homes worth 3 to 4 times more than mine in a different part of the city. He doesn’t have time to deal with me, or my neighbors who are going through the same thing. That’s right, he build three homes and all are experiencing the same issues.
  Do yourself a favor, and go through a builder who honors their word and work. I have friends who have built beautiful homes with Ryan, Fischer, Drees...look there. Dealing with this builder is not worth the time or headache.
