    Majestic built my home 26 years ago. We still love it. Great construction and quality. I would highly recommend them!

    No Way would I use these builder.......We moved in December 5, 2017 and are still waiting for a microwave, gates, landscaping, toilet paper holder, grout, paint repairs and more.
    The microwave has been broken for two months. My wife found who Majestic used for the supplier and found out our microwave has been sitting in their ware house for a long time. My fixed the problem. RV gates and two man gates were promised in the sale of the house. What we got was a shock and nothing like the gates in our area. The builder told us he paid $2700 for the gates. The person who built the gates quoted another $1650 to rebuild the gates. Go to HOUZZ and see what iron gates cost. I tried working through their realtor DEE but he was rude and a real jerk. Todd the contractor came by several times and assured us he would take care of things. Today was another no show no call from the investor. I'm told he only lives a few blocks away?? Purchasing this house from these people has been a nightmare. The good thing about our move is we have GREAT neighbors and interesting enough they have nothing good to say about Majestic. Majestic is building another house right next door to us and all I can say is buyer be ware these folks are the worst people I can remember working with in my 76 years.
