Had the vendor do repair and paint the foundation on the house on May 8th. Owner of the company said that the paint they were going to use was the color of the concrete. The paint they used was a dark gray. Emailed the owner of the company the same day to let him how that the HOA said it was to dark. After two or three weeks had to call the company to see when they were coming back to repaint the foundation. Kept saying he was going to have some one come over and repaint. I finally repainted the foundation on June 4th myself.
