Obie at Majestics Pool Construction is absolutely rude and totally unprofessional. Never returns calls. We had our pool installed in late November and now the pool is sinking, causing the coping to separate from our concrete. Our concrete is now completely damaged. We have called almost every day, again, with no response. We are now looking into legal help. Do not use Majestic pools, do your research.

One of the biggest reasons we waited to get a pool was obviously price, but more than anything was the unknown. You go into one of these big improvements now knowing what the process will be like… can you trust the people building it, will it come out how you want, are you just sinking money into a company who will drag their feet and not produce.
All of these feelings were heightened when we called out the first company to give us a quote. They came out, didn’t measure (and didn’t come back to measure) when they said they would. Gave a price that was clearly pulled from their bottoms, and we were pressured to come in and sign the paperwork that weekend to get the “deal”. When we showed reluctance, they all but disregarded us. We then brought in Majestic because two of our friends had pools build by Obie and crew…and talk about night and day difference. We’ll start with day 1 when they came over to discuss the process and came into our home. We don’t wear shoes in our house because it’s gross dragging in the piss from the outside world into carpet you lay on, and the Majestic team took their shoes off and respected our wishes and our home.
Once they did the measurements, they came back with a drawing that reflects what they built down to 99.99999% accuracy. The entire team was without a doubt the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. And if you’ve ever had anything done you know what a mess contractors can be, The price was fair, the timeline exceeded our expectations (and I won’t put what we paid or the timeline because there are never guaranteed). The product that this team turned out is phenomenal. You can tell when a company is in it for the money and when they are in it to make money by providing a service that is hands down the absolute best. I cannot say enough good things about the team. We have already recommended them to a few of our friends and neighbors, one of which is currently building a pool in the area. They made every aspect of the process seamless, communicated what was going to happen and when, worked with us on the design and price to make sure it fit into what we wanted to spend and then produced an amazing pool that will bring a lifetime of memories to us. If you’re in the market for a pool, do yourself a favor and call them. You don’t have to provide a porta potty, they are insured and bonded and again, they care. Obie and his guys are the absolute best at what they do.
It amazes me that there are still people and companies who do what they say they’re going to do and take pride in the work they do. Lastly, when you meet the team, like Alfredo, you’ll see that it isn’t just Obie or Rob, it’s the entire team.
