We had them put in a new system over a year ago and they did a great job. We had a room added on to the house and it wasn't getting the air like it should. He added a fan to the duct work to see if that would help. It didn't help much , so that was ok. Just one of those things. I had no problem with them he did a good job and did his best to make us happy. Well, we are having some other work done and they told us that some of the duct work was coming apart. (Someone else did the duct work before) Also we needed to remove the fan before they can do the work. So I called them to see if I could get him to come and fix it for us. I called the number on their website once. No answer and I let it ring awhile hoping to get the voicemail. Nothing. Then the woman called me and this is how our conversation went, The woman: someone from this number has called me 17 times! Can I help you? Me: I only called once. Woman: Well, I was on the phone ,who is this? Me : I was trying to contact Majik touch about some duct work. Woman: yes, that's us, how can I help you? , at this point I tried to explain what was going on and what we needed and she got more and more aggravated. I told her I didn't understand why she was getting angry. She said she wasnt, but that was not how she was talking to me. I told her I wasn't complaining or expecting them to work for free. I didn't have a problem with them, or I wouldn't be calling them. She told me there was nothing they could do for me and basicly hung up on me. There seemed to be some kind of miscommunication. I wanted them to do a job I was quite willing to pay for and she was very angry . Sorry to bother you ,needless to say, I found someone else.
