We worked with Barry Mounce from Major Minor Repair & Plumbing. We hired him to paint our Den. After the job was done and paid for we found out (from the painter who did the actual work) that the wrong paint was used - they should have used an oil based primer and instead used latex based primer and paint in one. Our Den is now chipping, the paint basically isn't sticking. We are now going to have to have it redone at some point, after paying $800 to Barry. I've tried calling over the last several weeks and Barry will not answer or return my calls. I've left voicemails asking to discuss some sort of make good, be it a partial refund or whatever we can work out. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would advice people to not use Major-Minor Plumbing and Repair or do business with Barry Mounce in any fashion.
