    I wish I could give zero stars. Theses guys are thieves and criminals. If you see them RUN!!!
    They were paid over 82,000 by the insurance company to fix our garage due to fire damage. The garage was not burnt down completely. They started the job with no permit. The town stopped work x2 months. It resumed but short lived. They NEVER returned to finish the job. They put holes in our basement and refused to fix. Please please stay away from them.

    David Makan has been nothing short of amazing. My house caught fire and I signed a contract with David to rebuild my home. We lost everything, David decided to put me up in a hotel and just to replace some of my things. I wish I could give David 10 stars.. he sure has been a blessing!!!!

    Terrible builder

    I would like to choose zero stars, but that wasn't an option.
    If you want to save yourself a lot of aggravation, use another builder. David Makan is someone who tells you what you want to hear and then does nothing about it. My husband and I signed a contract for a new home in July 2012. We didn't move in until June 2014 as makan didn't own the land when he sold us the lot. He failed to disclose this to us. In the meantime, we had a signed contract on our current home and had to back out of it as we had no place to live due to makan's lies. We eventually got another buyer for our home, but lost $60,000 from the previous sale that didn't go through. There were many things that needed to be fixed that weren't. The main issue is that we wanted to build a home with no steps and dave said he could do it. As the building of our home progressed, it looked increasingly high up and seemed as though steps would be necessary. When I mentioned this to dave he told me not to worry and by the time the house was finished, there would be no steps. I have 4 steps going to the front door, 4 steps from the garage to the house, and 4 steps from the back door. Aside from that, the steps that weren't supposed to be there do not allow me full access to my 2 car garage as the steps protrude and block part of it. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. He is the worst!
