This company used to be Garrettsons Commercial Service and after many lawsuits was forced to file bankruptcy and is now scamming new clients with a new name. This is far from an honest company. He will hire good people who will complete a job with quality work
(as seen on photos) and find any excuse to not pay his workers and live off of their work and what they earned taking credit for it. Do not work with this man, he is greedy and will either not pay his employees, short them or leave work unfinished for clients to deal with. He is a vulture and no past business or customer has anything good to say about him. He does not have a crew due to his disloyalty of his habit of not paying people, so whoever works on your home or business will be a luck of the draw whether he picked out a good one from a craigslist ad. Please be careful who you let work on your properties bc most the people he hires have are given no background checks, are homeless and will stay at vacant properties and get strung out and this was one reason in the past work would fail and not be completed. The owner of this company has poor character and has no compassion towards the good people he screws over.

I wouldn’t hire this company. The owner is a rip off and does horrible work. Definitely do a background check on the owner and his businesses before you hire him to work on your home project. My wife and I where ripped off and the work that he never completed was horrible. We ended up bringing in another company to complete project at a fraction of what this guy quoted us. Never use Make Ready or Clay Garretson for any of your remodeling projects.
