    They were so nice and helpful before we wrote the first check as a down payment. That was in June. Finally got our shade in August after I called to check on it several times, I was told that it was in the warehouse and they didn't see it sitting there, with no apology. They only installed part of what we ordered. So we didn't give them the 2nd payment, told them we'd pay them when the rest of our ordered was installed. Less than a week later we received a bill saying our account was overdue. Finally in OCTOBER they completed the job. Again after I had called several times to check on it. Each time I was treated as though I was a bother to them and that they would contact me when the part was in. Terrible customer service after they knew they had our business. GO Elsewhere.
