We had our deck built by Joel. He did a phenomenal job. Great work. He was always here when he said he would be and finished the job when he said he would finish. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing work done. He even got a "nice job!" from the inspector on the final inspection notice. Highly recommend. Thank you, Joel.

They called within hours of me opening my project, set an appt time for a few days later, came out to look and I am waiting on a quote. He said he would email within a day or two. Their quote ran a lot higher for partial repair than other quotes for repair.

Joel, you were a god sent. You turn my home from a refrigerator to a warm cosy place. Not only were you and your installers very professional and courteous you cleaned up after you finish the work like it was your house. This May, Malivia Carpentry gave me a new kitchen. Joel and his team ripped out my old cabinets and countertops and installed new cherry cabinets, undercabinet lighting and tile backsplash. Joel worked around the granite installers to make sure my kitchen was completed timely and was a great source of information when deciding on cabinet choices.

Joel and his team were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend their work to anyone. His carpentry work is exceptional; a meticulous attention to detail. His team were always courteous, professional and treated us and our home with the utmost respect. Joel and his team always made sure we were happy with the renovations and did not leave the job until we were satisfied.

What started out as a new kitchen expanded into replacing outdated lightfixtures in every room (goodbye '80's bathroom lightstrips!) and I couldn't be happier. Last year I hired Malivia Carpentry for a home renovation. They were quick to give me a quote and I found their pricing to be fair and below other contractors in the area.
