Before making a decision with hiring Malybuilt Restoration, we got several quotes from other roofing companies and they were the most least expensive and I would say they provided the most fair estimate for a townhome roof replacement. I was impressed from with their professionalism and commitment to proper communication. My personal experience is that a break down of communication is the most likely culprit when projects go sideways. I needed a quick assessment of my roof an attic when ice damming and water damage on the interior of a home that was under contract threatened whether we'd be able to move forward with the sale. Malybuilt Restoration was patient and flexible with my issue, assessed the state of the roof and attic at no cost, and offered to speak to the buyer about same, also at no cost to me. Malybuilt Restoration did a fantastic job on our house. They replaced our shingled roof and helped work with our insurance company as well as helping us with an addition that we added to our house which was a standing seam metal roof. Then, some months later, we had a small leak and they responded immediately spent all the time that was needed and did a great job repairing that as well! I could not be happier. Very pleased with the Malybuilt has performed at our facility. We have had 2 roofs replaced and another repaired in a timely manner when projects are initiated. They also cleaned up nice not only AFTER it was all done but kept the workspace and parking lot as clean as possible during the project. We bought a Small build your own shed a few a days ago.. tried to do the roof on it today couldn’t get it done (we know nothing about roofing and the wind didn’t help).
