I hired Eric to put a pool in and it was the worst experience ever! Despite signing a contract and providing a down payment in October, we had to call repeatedly to even get a response as to when they were coming to do pool. When they eventually showed up at the end of June, workers arrived several hours later than told making the water company wait. As a result, they were is such a hurry the employees did a poor job with the quality on the installation. By August, the liner was leaking severely. After being put off by Eric, he deliberately came to our home to replace the liner while we were on vacation. To make matters worse, he did a worse installation than his workers. Additionally, we were left with the water bill. The walls and the rails of our pool are floating without any security. We have not heard from him since.
