We contracted with Marty Manley to remodel our kitchen, fireplace mantel, add hardwood flooring in the living room and to completely remodel the master bath by removing the old tub and shower and relocating the plumbing to create a walk-in shower along with updated lavatory, new granite counter top, light fixtures, etc. Marty was very thorough in his quote and he asked many questions to ensure he understand what you were looking for. He offered great suggestions in those instances where we asked for his thoughts.
His quote was complete, he spelled out what he would provide and what we needed to provide and he stressed efforts they would take to protect our furnishings. Those efforts paid off, the amount of dust was minimal and no major disruption to our routine.
He indicated that it take approximately six week and they finished on week six. Once work began his team was there every day following the schedule he created and posted on the wall. Marty would stop by one to two times a day to assess progress and help where necessary. His team was extremely courteous, professional and meticulous about cleaning up at the end of every work day. It was obvious they had experience and were very comfortable if I stuck my head in to take-a-peek as the work progressed.
At the end of the project our remodel turned out better than I expected. It is truly beautiful, the walk in shower in the master bath is show room quality. The refinished cabinets in the kitchen and the refinished mantel look very classy. The tile work in both the bathroom and the back splash in the kitchen looks wonderful, his crew could not have done a better job.
I would recommend Manley Remodeling to anyone looking to upgrade their home. Marty is very personable, spends the time to understand what you want and has the experience to offer suggestions when needed. And he can make it happen on time.
