Manmiller installed my generac generator. Worked mainly with Matt who is awesome and very professional. They did the electrical and he also did the trenches for electrical and gas. I would definitely recommend.

Manmiller Electric LLC was recommended to us by a local AC installation company to use to upgrade and install a new electric service panel in order to install a new AC system in our home.
The job seemed to be going great, the crew was polite, asked lots of questions when they ran into a situational snag and we were getting through the job just fine until we noticed that the electrician installing the breaker box installed it upside down to save himself time to not have to cut a new hole in the wall which unfortunately made the door open in an awkward backwards manner and makes the installation choice appear to be an almost amateur mistake . Additionally, the latch on the brand new box did not function properly. We contacted Mike the very next day about the two issues. We went back and forth for a few weeks over email but then no response.
The panel door, which now opened backwards making it inconvenient to access the switches, would not stay latched closed. So a brand new box, mounted awkwardly high, opens backwards for the location has a door that can’t stay closed. We kept asking when they could get to fixing the panel but nothing. We researched the latch and purchased and installed a new latch ourselves so at least the panel door would stay closed. After two months of not hearing anything, we reached out to the owner and Mike via the company website in an email. The automatic response stated someone would return the message soon. Prior to paying the bill in full Mike would converse by email within 24 hours of writing. After another few weeks of hearing nothing, we wrote to Mr. Manmiller directly a second time from the web-site contact feature. A second time, an auto message was generated stating someone would return the message promptly. It’s been nearly two more weeks since the last request for the owner to contact us to review the job but no word yet. The company states that they pride themselves on customer service. Three months and counting to get the job finished, one month and two emails to the owner with no reply yet. Maybe time for us to call another electrician to make it right. Perhaps consider starting with a different electrician in the first place.
